How we work
Verdé began with two hydrogeologists, a battered Land Rover and an obstinate belief that Irish industry deserved better environmental advice than a boilerplate template.
Two decades on, we still walk every site ourselves. What has changed is the tooling behind the wellies — LiDAR mapping, remote-sensed water quality, continuous air monitoring, an in-house data platform used across every commission.
We remain privately held, principal-led and answerable only to our clients and the land we work on.
Leadership
A senior principal is accountable for every project we take on — from the first site walk to the final regulator submission. No handoffs, no disappearing subject-matter experts.
